Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Helmets (Full Face, Modular, Open Face & 3/4) – Due to safety regulations and hygiene concerns
- Eyewear – For hygiene reasons
- Base & Mid Layers – Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Opened or used motorcycle parts (Engine, Exhaust, Brakes, etc.) – Once installed or used
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return Shipping Costs: Customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunded to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for in your email
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items
